We're approaching the end of the week, all drained as i battled to get out of bed. After a long shower to wake myself early this morning, I switched on my phone and saw a message. The message was from a church member of mine who was sharing a testimony of how God had answered our prayers for his family. We've been praying for his family for a couple of weeks and I was indeed overjoyed to hear that pleasant piece of news early this morning. A great way to start the day. That gave me renewed strength and reminded me how God is still working in our lives even when we don't see or feel it.

The tiredness immediately worned off when I started to praise Him for His goodness and read His Word -- the best way to kick start a day. I received a new revelation of a verse I was reading this morning.

"I will proclaim your love in the morning and your faithfulness at night". Psalm 92:2

This verse reminded me to proclaim His love for us and set our thoughts on Him to gain strength for the day. We then thank Him at night for His faithfulness as we reflect on how He has helped us and been with us throughout the day. Great to find new meaning to live each day.
