The week in retrospect.
It has been a week since I have last blogged. Have been so busy doing everything else, coupled with the gloomy, gloomy weather, I would rather spend my time under my covers in bed. Looking back, nothing really much has happened.

Last Saturday evening was spent in church for band practice then followed with dinner with family. Then came Sunday, went to the salon for a haircut in preparation for CNY. Had to do it by last week because they were raising the prices from this week onwards. Did a light Japanese perm (or so they call it) to give my hair more body and it supposedly will help neaten my hair due to my natural curls.

Back to do another day of relief teaching on Monday. It was more of to be there so that I can teach the new relief teacher what to do, since she is new at it. The rest of my day was spent reading magazines. That was what they paid me for in fact for the past week of teaching. Of course such easy money was more than welcomed! Tuesday was public holiday, went for tuition in the morning then to visit a friend's church. (I will not elaborate further coz I am not pleased about the whole experience at all)

School started for me on Wednesday. Had 4 hours of lectures back to back. Lynnette and I were dozing off at regular intervals. It must be the cause of allowing the brain to rest for too long. The bidding is so frustrating because we have to plan and replan our timetable to fit things in. We are still in the process of it.

Have been sleeping in almost everyday due to the "excellent weather." Because I live so high up, even if the windows were closed, I still need my comforter over me. Today is the earliest I have woke up in the week. I like it, at least I wouldn't be feeling lazy. I finally see the sun today. I like the warm sun rays making its appearance amidst the mist on the horizon. It brings a new beginning -- life.
