Someone told me this story yesterday. I was greatly encouraged.

There was once when I was in such a low point in my life that I saw myself being on a shipwreak with a huge typhoon. I was clinging onto the mast of the ship with all the strength I had. I cried out to God, "why aren't you here to help me out of this?"

He told me "when you hold onto the mast, it is like you holding onto the finger of My hand. But I want you to know that I have been holding you in the palm of My hand all these while."
