Exercise has never been this much of a pleasure. Digits have been removed - the amount of calories burnt while on the trackmill/cross trainer per minute, how many more minutes before the entire ordeal on the machine will end....

I went to SRC as usual yesterday morning. Instead of hitting the gym like I usually do, I decided to run outside the club yesterday.

I never had a greater run in my life! I started off with 2 rounds around the Padang, then moved onto the War Memorial park, to Esplanade, all the way to the Benjamin Sheares Bridge viaduct before heading back to the club to shower.

Imagine this, going around these places in the cool of Sunday morning (7 plus), the entire place was almost dead with the exception of a few lone joggers who greet you as they run along the same path as you.

I had the sea breeze and watched the sun gain strength slowly. I was recharged - my mind, soul and spirit.
