F-A-T, F-A-T, F-A-T!! This season of partying always mean eating and drinking at wee hours of the night where I would normally be asleep.

During my Christmas party, I remember I was still eating BBQ stingray, log cake etc at 1 plus in the morning with beer in the earlier half of the night. Last night after watchnight service at church, we went for porridge at Oasis for supper. After which, went to one of my church member's house for beer.

Supper + Beer = KILLER! And this vicious cycle goes on every year.
