This one gender project groupmate is bloody lazy! There are 4 of us, one girl has no comments to anything and everything, while the other is bloody, bloody, (and I can't stress more..) bloody lazy.

First, she volunteered to get our contacts and pass on to the rest but didn't do it at all till we saw her 2 weeks later, during the next tutorial where I had to ask her for it. Second, during one of our class discussions, there were a few instances where she passed us the work to do while she sat there enjoying the view of us hard at work when it was supposed to be "group work". Third, after our online discussion just now, she came in late, but that was not the main problem. After the discussion, she arrowed us (yet again!) to write the proposal while she goes to I don't know where.

Pissed!

I swear I would have killed her with my stare if she is right in front of me now! I am blood thirsty! Bloody bloody pissed!

I hope she does a google search on me and sees this. And yes, I AM TALKING ABOUT YOU! Lame... Arrggh!

Going back to JJ yesterday was sure an experience!

First, the bus interchange was relocated. I had to walk round the huge semi circle to look for the 3 bus services which go to JJ. In the past, the 3 services were next to each other. This means I can hop onto whichever that came first. But now, the boarding place for the 3 services were distributed evenly along the semi circle. This meant I walked from 1 end to the other before deciding to settle for the last one I walked to.

Next was when I reached JJ. There is a new block and when I walked in there, I was slightly disoriented. I had to think for a moment the way I needed to take to go to the PE dept.

Despite the changes, some things still remain the same. As I was walking along the aisle, I saw the bench Diyana, Shaiful and I used to sit on to bitch about everything - from the school system to the teachers and every other thing.

Then I saw the water cooler which is next to our A2 hangout spot. Then I remembered how Lynn and I used to tell each other to drink the cooler dry because both of us were the only water bearers in class.

One thing which also didn't change was the long long ride to town on 174 from school.

Memories still seem fresh.

Forbidden City last night was fantastic. There was an excellent use of space and props. The musical was on for 2 and a half hours, relatively long compared to other musicals. A recommended one to go for.

My body sure chooses the right time to ask for a timeout. My throat feels hoarse, sneeze non-stop, feel light headed and worst of all, very tired. Mid sem breaks are not meant for staying at home to nurse a flu.

My ex-student passed on today. The ordeal might have been too much for her to bear. She must have had her release.

My ex-student's situation has not improved a bit. In fact she is as much dependent on her tubes to keep her alive as much as when she was first warded.

It is so ironic that on one end, some people are leading purposeless lives, wasting what time they have in their hands, while on the other end, some others are struggling to stay alive.

The song "Dance With My Father" is on air now. This song never fails to bring the surge of nostalgia. It holds a special meaning. It depicts my life story.

Every night I fall asleep, this is all I ever dream...

My heart aches now. Every single muscle is pulling. I was on MSN a moment ago when one of my ex-students came to chat with me. I loved his class. They were in fact my pet class. It started off as a normal conversation before he broke this news to me.

He told me one of the girls in his class is now in ICU. She was drowned in the pool for 10 minutes before someone came to her rescue. It has been a week since she has been in coma. Most of her organs are damaged, including her brain. If any chances of her waking up from her coma, that's if she does, she will still be a vegetable.

She is 16.

Please..... Keep her in prayer.

How much of God's power would you need to conquer the challenges you are facing right now? Would the kind of divine muscle He used to create the earth be enough strength to get you through? Would the supernatural light that set the sun and stars ablaze be enough to brighten the darkened corners of your life? Would the divine life force that animated every living creature on the face of the earth be enough to enable you to do the things you need to do?

I am praying for the manifestation of a God-given dream, a dream that will last - for a lifetime. I want it NOW in fact, but God says He is the builder of my dreams, and the finest buildings - the ones that remain - take time. The foundations have to be strong and certain to withhold the weathering that time and life bring on its journey. He is preparing it to last - for a lifetime.

The waiting for God's perfect timing is going to produce a great strength of character. What I think is big and impossible is probably only the tip of the iceberg of what God wants to do through me. He will give me strength to wait and witness the fulfillment.

Passion Is The Difference

When Mother Teresa was asked what sort of person could possibly tackle such as overwhelming problem as world poverty, she responded, "It's never a person who wants to save the world. They always become discouraged. But send me a contemplative. Send me someone who has a deep heart for God, and one day at a time, they serve."
