The flu is really making me sick, literally. Still not ok even after 2 visits to the doctor. I have already chalked up 60 over bucks on medical bills. I am spending all my available time sleeping and when i'm awake, I have to try hard to fight the lethargy. Sucks.

Sometimes I wonder if I wonder too much...I wonder which category do I belong to - young adult or teen? Is it merely a fluid term?I wonder why this phase of life seems harder to get through than growing out of those teenage 'angst-y' years? Just me?

Today in my Family module tutorial, we were talking about finding the 'perfect spouse'. This guy from my tutorial said he will only date those girls whom he can see himself getting married to. The reason? To ensure that he is making a worthwhile investment. At the same time, she needs to be attractive. Reason being he wants to have attractive kids. Practicality counts.

The bible says 'in all things, give thanks.'I was on MC yesterday because I was, and still am down with a cold. In the process of being sick, I thank God that I can sleep as much as I want to without feeling guilty about wasting time. In my sickness, I find rest. Now how great is that.Looking at things in a different light certainly keeps me sane.

My laptop is giving me a hell of a time. First it was the inability to hook onto the school's wireless network last Tuesday. Went down to the computer center twice before it got solved. Today, my laptop cannot be switched on, whether using the battery or power. Have to send it back to school on Monday. ZZZZZZZzzzzzzzz!Using my brother's desktop now since it is left idle because he has entered the army. Sent him off at the camp yesterday morning. Despite being a wet day yesterday, high tea at Goodwood Park hotel with my friend was still fantastic.

F-A-T, F-A-T, F-A-T!! This season of partying always mean eating and drinking at wee hours of the night where I would normally be asleep.During my Christmas party, I remember I was still eating BBQ stingray, log cake etc at 1 plus in the morning with beer in the earlier half of the night. Last night after watchnight service at church, we went for porridge at Oasis for supper. After which, went to one of my church member's house for beer.Supper + Beer = KILLER! And this vicious cycle goes on every year.Blessed 2007!
